• Agent Activity — POST /api/v1/agent/chats/{chat_id}/activity reports a remote agent’s working status to drive the live activity indicator in chat.

• Agent Tag Cap — Exceeding the per-plan agent tag cap now returns 403 limit_reached instead of 422.
